Extremely happy with the service I received from Firmin & Co, Crowland. The process of selling my property with this agent has been the smoothest and easiest in all my times of moving home. Their recommendation of solicitors was also brilliant. I used Juno which is a mainly online solicitor, and I can honestly say that pairing them with Firmin & Co made the process so easy that I had to do almost nothing during the process! All queries from both parties answered in a timely fashion, and regular updates from the moment I chose to go with them. A big shout out to Hannah and Glenn for their consistent communication and updates (and reaching me around my busy/awkward schedule). I would recommend requesting to chat to these representatives if you are considering selling your property. I could not recommend this estate agent enough, and if the future ever brings me back to Crowland I will most certainly be looking for properties being managed by them. Thank you!... Read more

We are incredibly happy with the service from Firmin & Co. They found a buyer for our house very quickly. While the process was inevitably held up by solicitors, the agents were brilliantly proactive, chasing constantly and keeping us informed every step of the way. Nothing was too much trouble. Their fee was very competitive, offering excellent value for money. They truly went above and beyond, even coming into the office on a day off over Christmas to facilitate the key handover.
