I honestly couldn’t recommend Tilly and Lee highly enough! From the moment I has my house valuation with them on 2nd September, they were absolutely incredible. Their professionalism, dedication, communication and knowledge of the market really stood out.
To have my house listed on 2nd September and receive an offer that I was happy to accept on 16th September — exactly two weeks later — is an amazing result, and it’s a real testament to how hard they worked to get the right outcome.
They went above and beyond throughout the whole process, keeping everything moving and making what can be such a stressful experience feel straightforward and manageable. I always felt that my sale was in safe hands.

We lost 2 house purchases across a torrid 9 month period - then Hannah and Glen @ Firmin & Co Crowland came to the rescue.<br>They found us our dream home and were amazing throughout the process, through quickly and thoroughly understanding our needs and catering accordingly.<br>Their knowledge and professionalism is second to no-one, but they're truly lovely people too which makes all the difference.<br>Hannah and Glen break the 'typical' estate agent mould and our relationship with them will extend far beyond the purchase of our new home.<br>Thankyou both!

Glen found a buyer quickly and Hannah guided the sale through with the minimum amount of stress. Extremely happy with the service I received from Firmin & Co, Crowland. The process of selling my property with this agent has been the smoothest and easiest in all my times of moving home.<br>Their recommendation of solicitors was also brilliant. I used Juno which is a mainly online solicitor, and I can honestly say that pairing them with Firmin & Co made the process so easy that I had to do almost nothing during the process! All queries from both parties answered in a timely fashion, and regular updates from the moment I chose to go with them.<br><br>A big shout out to Hannah and Glenn for their consistent communication and updates (and reaching me around my busy/awkward schedule). I would recommend requesting to chat to these representatives if you are considering selling your property.<br><br>I could not recommend this estate agent enough, and if the future ever brings me back to Crowland I will most certainly be looking for properties being managed by them. Thank you!

I cannot recommend the Crowland team at Firmin & Co Estate Agents highly enough. Buying a home can be a stressful experience, but Hannah and Glenn made the whole process as smooth and straightforward as possible.
