I had sold previously with this agent and the experience was good, but not this time. There is no branch in Werrington despite being advertised as open.
The other branches aren’t interested or proactive.
They would rather focus their time on chat and games rather than get the job done.

Karen and Daniel have been absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process of buying our first home so far.

These guys sold a commercial property for me. The buyer and the buyers solicitor were an absolute nightmare especially the buyers solicitor who's lack of communication was shambolic to say the least. Lee from Firmin had to chase the solicitor 10 to 15 times a day everyday for 4 to 5 weeks for updates. Lee was absolutely brilliant and worked so hard. He went above and beyond any estate agent I have ever known to get this completed. FANTASTIC and. Professional service . Couldn't have asked for more xxxx

Asked for an evaluation. Didn't turn up at the agreed time. When I rung to ask what happened was told they had forgotten with a list of excuses. Disappointed to also be told there is a charge for an evaluation of £99 if you aren't going to list the propery.

House sales are made or broken by communication.
Firmin & Co are bad. VERY BAD.
Little to no idea about keeping all parties engaged and up to date with current status. Lack of any urgency to chase after sale agreed to get it over the line.
Poor communication leads to lack of trust and worse still, inability to plan the move.

From the moment we instructed Firmin & Co to value our house, James was amazing. He was honest, concise and very professional. His sneak peak video on social media, before the property went live, was great and essentially sold our property…with the first person that booked a viewing buying it. James wanted to know all the details of our home so he could relay as much as possible to the potential buyers. The pictures they took were beautiful and almost made us reconsider putting the house on the market. ????
Any questions we had was dealt with swiftly and the whole process has been seemless.
If your selling a home in and around Peterborough, I would definitely recommend using Firmin & Co to sell it for you.
