For the past 5 years G&H have found tenants for our flat in Highgate. During that time there have been three tenancies. We have been most impressed by a member of staff of the Highgate branch that we have never met. Nara Nunes is the Office Administrator who ensures that all the certificates, documents and agreements are in place for the tenancies. She works to a very high professional standard while being helpful, patient and friendly. This time we will be using another agency and we’re very sad to not be working with Nara again. She is a gem.

I had the pleasure of working with Gabriella Simons recently, and I couldn't be more impressed. I was renting my house. Gabriella in days found tenants, quickly and professionally organised all paperwork. I highly recommend Goldsmidt letting team!

Louisa at G&H was awesome for us. Especially in the current market, it's not just about getting offers it's also about making them stick. Louisa was phenomenal in navigating us and the buyer - and everyone else in the chain on our sale & purchase as the plot thickened - through all the various unexpected challenges. Tough but tactful, Louisa kept everyone calm & onside and we got over the line avoiding any price chips.
Let's be honest - sometimes agents don't always get the best press but Louisa 100% earned a five star rating! Indeed, we wish we could give more stars - thank you!

I cannot praise Ricky in particular but also Adam for the effort they put in to getting my flat sold at a time when the market has been very difficult. Always cheerful, professional, efficient and on the case. The best agents I have ever had - would 100% recommend.
