They guided us through the whole selling process brilliantly from beginning to end, answering any questions clearly and giving sensible advice on which direction to take at various points in the process, including on pricing. They also worked very hard on the ground, arranging over 30 viewings on the property, communicating to us on each one and therefore keeping us up to date at all times.

Hugely disappointed with the member of staff who handled our agreement to move into a property in the Temple Fortune area.
We agreed and paid a holding deposit to move into one of their listed properties, and had looked forward to this move. In this time we had also agreed a moving out date with our landlord.
We had received no word or progress on a moving date or any further information for our new property for several days, which caused a number of problems, namely the fact our moving out day was a mere 10 days away. Eventually we received the news that the property we had agreed to have did not have a HMO license and that the landlord did not seek to obtain this license. The property was wrongly advertised and wrongly leased by the letting agent.
Naturally, our landlord for our property at the time was unable to shift our moving out day.
Communication was ultimately extremely poor, which has left all 3 of our household now living with family members, all of whom are outside of London and leaving us with no option but to commute to work from different areas in East and West Sussex. As a result, all of our independent travel costs have at least quadrupled in price, which will continue for an entire month.
Whilst there was some effort to find a new property (some days later), no property was suitable or within our price range. The experience with Goldschmidt and Howland has been extremely inconvenient.
