I have recently relocated to a home in Hampstead. I had an issue with leftover rubbish from the last tenants. I went into the Hampstead office and was immediately greeted by Jodie Robinson, who then proceeded to help me with my issue just as quickly. Jodie checked up with me several times and even went out of her to check if the rubbish was removed in a timely manner. I really felt like Jodie cared about resolving the problem and went the extra steps to help me! I was very impressed with Jodie’s attentiveness and the level of customer service she provided. She really went above and beyond, in my opinion!

I awarded them with an exclusive mandate to sell the house which turned out to be a good idea. They worked hard to achieve an offer at the level I wanted and then followed the sale process through to completion very closely fixing problems as and when they occurred. Louisa helped us buy our home and did an excellent job of providing all the information needed to make a decision. She has in depth knowledge of real estate in the Hampstead area and managed the buying process very well and making sure we got quick alignment between the sellers and us. She also helped us with different parts of the buying process like surveys, working with the lawyers, etc… I really liked Louisa's 'low pressure' style which allowed us to make up our mind at a pace that was comfortable to us.
