From the start Philip, Nibs and Alex were super efficient, discreet, professional and clearly highly skilled and knowledgeable. Once the house was on the market, I dealt solely with Nibs who was always available - answering all my texts and calls at whatever time of day. He arranged a huge amount of viewings that all ran smoothly under his care and always took into consideration my preferences for days/times. Within 2 weeks I was delighted to accept an offer in excess of the asking price which in this current economic climate I was very surprised at. Thereafter Nibs ensured the sale went through as smoothly and as quickly as possible- again always adhering to my wishes. The after care has also been excellent. All in all an absolute easy pleasure and I highly recommend.

Goldschmidts were one of three agents who came to win instructions for this sale. They came meaning business, which was very compelling. Two members of the team arrived very well prepared, Daniel Harris and Louisa Blundell. They were armed with a file of comparable sales and made a convincing pitch. It was very impressive. Thereafter, they fully delivered. They found an buyer within a week. Daniel thereafter handled the whole process. He was charming and chiding as necessary. He did a huge amount of work moving the sale forward and was available almost all hours. I cannot speak highly enough of his input. Not for nothing that Goldschmidts has the reputation as the No.1agent in NW3.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I must single out Ben Bridges. "Above and Beyond" does not begin to do justice to his abilities and approach to client-care. He problem-solved the numerous issues we encountered, remained consistently available - even while on holiday - showing genuine diligence to get the job done. Personable, hard working, reassuring and extremely able, in Ben we struck gold. Anthony and Louisa were also wonderful ambassadors for G&H, an outstanding team that did the company proud and set the bar for other estate agents to aspire to. Top marks.
