We recently used G&H in Highgate for our house purchase and couldn’t be happier with the service from start to finish. Michael was fantastic throughout the process — extremely thorough, knowledgeable and professional. In fact, he convinced me to take a look at a property I wasn’t initially sure about, and I’m so glad he did as I ended up buying it and couldn’t be more delighted.
Billy was also excellent, showing us around the property for a second viewing and taking the time to answer all our questions without any pressure.
The whole team made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and well-managed. I’m absolutely delighted with the service we received and would highly recommend G&H to anyone buying or selling a home.

Billy negotiated the purchase of our property in Highgate with great skill, pragmatism and unfailing good humour - there were a number of challenges, and without him, and his ability to masterfully coordinate with all stakeholders, without applying undue pressure, it would not have got done. Cannot recommend Billy enough! Massive thanks Billy!

I've recently purchased a property via the expert handling and care of Billy Saxton at Goldschmidt + Howland. It's my first time engaging with the world of property buying and he made the entire process so unbelievably seamless. He was constantly available, transparent, and reassuring throughout.
I can't recommend Billy (+ the wider Goldschmidt team) and his expertise enough.

I have recently sold my house through Goldschmidt and Howland in Camden and would highly recommend Amin who is Sales Manager there. He was very helpful from the start and was very willing to discuss each stage including setting the asking price; and how and when to market the property. He was responsive and communicative - always returning calls or replying to messages. He made the process of selling the house as straightforward as possible.
