Anthony Shadrach and the G&H team are to be commended for their efficient, caring actions that helped us sell a Hampstead flat, not only quickly as regards getting an acceptable offer and for the time the whole process took, but also to the final price to go above the asking price. We were happy with the way we were kept informed and with the advice given. G&H have a strong base of potential buyers, which made helped speed up the process. Overall, we were more than happy with the G&H team and with the final outcome.

My partner and I found a flat marketed by Goldschmidt & Howland via Right Move. We worked specifically with their agent, Ms. Tania Katz. She was very professional, personable and communicative throughout the process from the initial flat viewing through to contracts. The other members of the team that we corresponded with were also very professional and pleasant. This was a great first experience with the agency. Amazing experience with Tania!
My friend and I were searching for a flat in Hampstead, and Tania did an excellent job finding us the perfect place. She was incredibly responsive throughout the process and has continued to be a tremendous help since our tenancy began, including assisting with access to the property. We bought our home using Goldschmidt and they were super helpful from the beginning. They showed us properties that popped up, even off market if they thought they would be of interest. We ended up going through with one and even with our complicated scenario were always available and offered us excellent service. Michael went above and beyond for us in many occasions and we just wanted to thank him and the team for helping us buy our dream home! Would highly recommend using the company and if you have a chance to have Michael cover you then you will not be disappointed!
