What can I say, we had been on the market with another agent for over a year with fairly lacklustre results. Of course, the market was a factor, but the advice increasingly seemed to be simply to reduce the price. We eventually decided it was time for a change.<br><br>From our first conversations, Goldschmidt felt completely different. There was no hard sell, just honest, considered advice and a level of knowledge and professionalism that genuinely stood out. I’ll admit I was slightly sceptical at first, but the difference quickly became apparent: their understanding of the local area and market, the way they approach viewings and prospective buyers, their sales strategy and, importantly, their communication throughout the process were all on another level.<br><br>They ultimately looked after both our sale and our onward purchase, and I really couldn’t fault the experience. Richard leads a fantastic team and everyone has been exceptional; Anthony, Daniel and Raphael all looked after us impeccably from start to finish.<br><br>Having dealt with a number of estate agents over the years, I can honestly say Goldschmidt stands out. Professional, knowledgeable, straightforward and genuinely good people to deal with.<br><br>I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to sell or buy in the area.

I can't recommend Daniel Harris highly enough. I cannot recommend the team at Camden highly enough, especially Lillie, who guided the process, which was not straightforward due to the nature of the building, through to completion. Overall, I felt well looked after and had full confidence in their advice and how they handled the entire process. Even my solicitor was impressed! I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Professional, authentic, and actually listen to you. I recently bought my first property and no other agent worked as hard whilst not wasting time.<br><br>Lillie was a pleasure to work with and I had very specific requirements, so a testament to her making it happen from sourcing, and advice on making the offer and to completion. Highly recommend working with this team. Selling our flat turned into a long and genuinely difficult process. There was a share-of-freehold building, a lease extension request, a string of survey enquiries and some tough negotiation right up to exchange. At several points the sale could easily have stalled or fallen through, and Harry was the main reason it didn't. He kept everyone moving, chased both sides' solicitors and gave us straight, sensible advice whenever we had a decision to make. He never lost patience, even when we were close to losing ours.<br><br>Thanks also to Amin and Lillie for their support along the way. We'd recommend them without hesitation.

I cannot recommend the team at Goldschmidt & Howland Temple Fortune highly enough! After a completely failed, incredibly frustrating experience trying to sell my property with the nearby Foxtons—who brought plenty of empty promises but absolutely zero results—(hiring idiots!) switching to Goldschmidt was the best decision I made. From day one, the team here was a breath of fresh air. They actually understand the local market intimately, were completely realistic with their strategy, and were incredibly proactive. Communication was flawless throughout, they qualified their buyers properly, and they managed to secure a fantastic sale for me in no time. If you want a sophisticated, professional estate agent who actually delivers results instead of just a slick corporate sales pitch, save yourself the time and go straight to them.
