We would highly recommend Halliday Homes after they did an amazing job progressing both the sale and purchase of our house. It was a difficult and lengthy job due to circumstances out with everyone's control after the Coronavirus outbreak. Despite this, all the staff we interacted with from Halliday Homes showed high attention to detail and answered any question we had and if they did not have an answer straight away they endeavoured to find this out for us. Throughout the process, the aspects we were most impressed with were the knowledge that the staff showed about the properties they work with and the friendly yet highly professional approach they adopted. All the staff we worked with were great but a special mention to Marie who went above and beyond to ensure our sale and purchase went as smoothly as possible.

Excellent service from Austin Halliday and all members of the team. We were looking for a specific type of property in a small geographical area to ease a downsizing after many happy years residence. The engagement with us was comprehensive and successful in securing the purchase of a desired property in the desired location and a subsequent sale. We felt we benefitted from the excellent market knowledge and the local contacts with the various service providers involved in the transactions and the moving. The team members were always punctual and polite and communication was excellent. We would use Halliday Homes again.
