Grieving the death of my Sister, I was left yo sell her property, totally out of my comfort zone and not knowing the procedure Julie and Richard were very professional and understanding. Talked me through all steps of the way.wonderfull service and Company. As I said to Julie many times she's an earth angel ????

I first spoke with HTB just to ask some questions about selling our house,Julie was great and provided all the information we needed, she then kept in touch and checked in on our progress until we were ready to put the house on the market. At this point we met with Richard, he was very personable, and demonstrated excellent local knowledge of the housing market, due to this we decided to go with them. I’m delighted to say we are very pleased with the decision. They acted swiftly to get the house on market and advertised across all online platforms (less than a week) Communication was constant and if I ever needed to reach out for queries it was always met with a kind, professional but relaxed response ensuring we knew exactly what was happening. Viewings were arranged and they always checked with us. We were never on the back foot, we received swift feedback after every appointment. In a little under 3 weeks we had an offer we were happy to accept! All in all a great experience, and we can’t thank Richard Julie and the HTB team enough for helping us on our next step in our journey!
