I have recently completed on my Grade 2 listed property which was my dwelling for many years. It has not been an easy sale process but I have to say that Charlie Comber and his team at Hayman- Joyce, particularly Hermione Walls have kept me sane through their patient endeavours. It was somewhat of a painful process. However hopefully my property has passed on to worthy new owners. If there were more Google stars… I’d leave them. We were extremely fortunate that Lara came into the picture at the latter stage of our long and complex sale / purchase. She was ‘on our side’ from the minute she got involved.
