My partner and I are currently purchasing a property through Hayward Fox and Darren has gone above and beyond to make sure the whole process goes as smoothly as possible. We have just exchanged today and Darren has constantly kept us informed by phone or email and is always happy to speak to the other people involved in the chain to speed the process up and keep everybody informed at each stage, the service Darren and his team provide is fantastic and we would highly recommend using Hayward Fox if you are selling or buying.
Thank you for all your help, we are just looking forward to moving in now to our new home in a few weeks time.

Darren and the team were extremely professional during my house purchase. I was kept well informed throughout the whole process by phone and email. Their friendly and approachable manner made life easier during what could have been a very stressful time. I would highly recommend Hayward Fox in Brockenhurst/Sway.

We all know buying houses is very stressful, but the team at Hayward Fox in Brockenhurst made it as simple and easy as I could hope. In particular Darren was super helpful - I received frequent updates on the purchase process before I even asked for them, had a good idea of the status of the whole chain, and was kept well informed of expected timelines (which turned out to be amazingly accurate). I certainly got the impression that beneath the calm exterior Darren was running around making sure everything ran smoothly. I have no hesitation at all in recommending!
