neighbour recommended Hemmings Homes to us and we are extremely pleased with the service they provided on the sale of our home. They responded swiftly to our initial enquiry and Craig came to see us the following day. From photographs and home report to our house being sold took less than a week and we cannot praise all the Hemmings staff enough. Everyone was knowledgeable, kind and professional. This has been our 2nd time of using Hemmings Homes as estate agent, for both our purchase and sale. The team are friendly, welcoming and efficient. From the initial enquiry to the point of exchanging contracts, we are kept upto date with matters. Craig is realistic when it comes to home valuations, and there is no flamboyance in order to try and win business over fellow estate agents. As a returning customer, he has certainly looked after us when it comes to fees. The team in Cambuslang, in particular Elaine Martin, have gone above and beyond. I can pick up the phone at any point of the working day, knowing our best interests are at the forefront of the service being provided.
