Honestly makes me appreciate you guys so much now that I’ve dealt with the jokers in Stirling Ackroyd in byfleet. Anytime I’ve dealt with you it’s been 100% professional and proper. Please provide some training to other estate agents I know that’s not your job but maybe you can charge other estate agents a training fee and teach them how to do their job. I’m sure the people of Addlestone would appreciate it and so would their customers. Keep it up guys top work!

Tracey and the wider team at Hodders,<br><br>I thought I'd drop you a line to say how fantastic one of your colleagues was in a recent transaction we had.<br><br>In nearly 30 years I've never written to another estate agent to say how incredibly impressed I was with how professional thier member of staff was.<br><br>Nicola is an absolute credit to her profession and you at Hodders have a simply fantastic representative of your brand. In a fairly stressful chain she represented her clients and your company with professionalism, integrity and great humour in trying circumstances.<br><br>The fact this chain managed to exchange with completion fairly shortly is a testament to her ability and tenacity.<br><br>Sales progression is a hugely important part of our business and the fact she managed two incompetent solicitors through the process shows her unquestionable talent. ?????<br><br>Having sold a number of properties over the years, I can honestly say the team at Hodders have been outstanding.<br><br>I actually decided to go multi-agent after hearing all the usual promises from other estate agents. It didn't take long to realise that Hodders were in a league of their own. Their communication, professionalism and commitment to getting the job done were on another level, so I ended up putting all my trust back in them.<br><br>A special mention has to go to Rob, who was calm, level-headed and reassuring throughout what was a very stressful project. Nicola in Sales Progression was fantastic, always proactive, positive and genuinely cared about getting everything over the line. Adam also deserves a huge thank you for securing the final sale.<br><br>If you're looking to sell a property in the Addlestone area, don't waste your time shopping around like I did. Save yourself the hassle and go straight to Hodders. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and couldn't recommend them highly enough.

I can’t recommend Solomon from Hodders Estate Agents highly enough. From the moment I booked my viewing, his communication was excellent; friendly, clear, and prompt. He even called me just 20 minutes after my first viewing to check how it went, which made me feel genuinely valued as a client.
Throughout the process, he answered every one of my many questions with patience and detail, no matter how small they seemed. His knowledge of the property was spot on, and his timely updates meant I was never left wondering what was happening next.
Solomon made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and reassuring. If you’re looking for an estate agent who truly cares, listens, and delivers, Solomon is the one to ask for!
