Wow. What an unforgettable customer service experience, for all the wrong reasons.<br>Lisa France somehow managed to make me feel like I was inconveniencing her simply by calling. She was blunt, dismissive, and came across as though she couldn’t wait to get me off the phone. Any hope of actually receiving help disappeared within minutes.<br>If you’re looking for someone who makes you feel like your concerns are a burden rather than their job, then you’ve come to the right place. It’s genuinely impressive how someone working in customer service can make a customer feel so unwelcome.<br>Needless to say, I won’t be dealing with her again

I recently sold my parents property with Horton & Senate and I cannot leave anything less than a 5 star review - there really should be more stars for these guys! From the very beginning dealing with Justyn and later Jennifer, the team have been fantastic with dealing with the various issued I faced with the sale. They guided and advised me, listened to me when things got tough and helped me through the various meltdowns I had.<br>Thankfully, after what seemed like a very long time, the house finally sold, a very bittersweet day but also one filled with much relief.<br>I honestly cannot recommend Horton & Senate enough if you are looking to sell, or indeed buy a house!<br>A MASSIVE thank you!

I have had difficulty with a tenant not paying the rent and breaking the conditions in the contract.Due to the legislation changes on renters rights, it has made it more complicated. Horton and Senate has been so supportive and have helped resolve the situation. I could not speak more highly of them, in particular Charlotte who kept us very well informed during the period .<br>I would highly recommend them . They are very professional in every way<br>Thank you again, I would not use anyone else.

We recently rented a property through Horton & Senate and had a positive experience. Charlotte was the one who assisted us with the viewings; she was professional, lovely to work with, and very efficient.
