I have twice sold properties, 20 years apart, via Stuart at Hotblack Desiato Camden.... and quite frankly, wouldn't even consider using anybody else!

Hot Black have been managing our corner of Camden with commitment, loyalty and, at times, some necessary flexibility with grace and good humour as well as the necessary efficiency! Theirs is a certainly an approach that stands the test of time. Recommend Highly!

I've bought and sold quite a few properties over the years and I would say that Stuart, who heads up the Hotblack Desiato's Camden office is by some distance the best estate agent I have come across. He fairly represents both buyer and seller and his wealth of experience I felt was a crucial factor in getting what was a complex sale over the line. I'm not sure the sale would have happened without him to be honest. Thoroughly recommended.

I recently purchased my first property through Hotblack Desiato and both Stuart and Charlie made the process very straightforward. Both were pleasant to deal with and very responsive and proactive at helping to resolve any issues. Would definitely recommend. Thanks again

We had a great experience with Hotblack Desiato in Camden. Charlie helped me and my 2 friends to find and secure the perfect flat. He was very helpful and always replied quickly which massively reduced the stress of finding a flat in Camden. Highly recommend!

I stayed in a flat for 4 years and never missed a payment. I engaged a professional cleaner to do the end-of-tenancy cleaning. It was apparently not to HBD's standards and they wanted to charge me £400 for cleaning. I negotiated down to £250 on the basis they would return my deposit immediately. It took 3 weeks of chasing to get my money back. For these reasons, I gave them 3/5.
Other thank this, they were OK.
