I have been letting my flat with Hotblack for over a decade. They have been nothing short of exemplary in the service they provide me as a landlord. I have had a challenging period with my property and all the staff have been incredibly supportive and helpful. I wouldn't use any other company- highly recommended. I was extremely impressed with the service provided by Stuart and his team at Hot Black Desiato. This is the third transaction I’ve completed with them, and I genuinely couldn’t be happier. From the outset, their advice on the selling price was spot on, which gave me real confidence in the process. Despite a challenging market, they generated a strong level of interest and kept me well informed throughout with clear weekly reports. Most importantly, a buyer was secured relatively quickly, and from that point on the sale was handled efficiently and professionally right through to completion. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

This agency was negligent in handling the sale of our property. I’m following up a formal complaint against them.
They mis-handled 3 offers for our property. We finally accepted an offer through them, which turned out to be null and void as they hadn’t carried out basic checks on the buyer, by which time we’d lost our other buyer.
We eventually went to Chestertons, got another £80,000 and were handled professionally
