Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. We encountered repeated issues with attention to detail, including property photographs requiring multiple rounds of correction due to obvious editing errors and eventually having to re-photograph the property. On more than one occasion, viewings were not properly prepared, curtains were left closed in a bedroom and there was confusion over access despite key locations having been provided, . We were also made aware that a viewer was left waiting outside because the agent arrived late to the appointment. While the manager responded professionally and apologised when concerns were raised, the overall experience left us feeling that greater organisation, communication and attention to detail were needed.

Hudson Moody have been a delight to deal with. The sales brochure reflects our house's character well. There is a lead negotiator who keeps us well informed. They use the property portal well.
