Irvings did an excellent job and kept me informed right throughout the sale. Although they did recommend I use Huntton and Gargett solicitors which I couldn’t recommend. Trying to get Hewitts to do any work was like trying to push an elephant up the stairs, if I wasn’t in contact with the buyer and able to inform each other when our solicitors required things then this sale still wouldn’t have gone through. To top this off they never ever , ever answered 1 single phone call whenever I rang them. Fortunately for my purchase I used a different Solicitor and the difference was night and day.
