Jack was very helpful with the organisation of us renting the flat. Issues were quickly resolved and the process was nice and easy. The only issue I would raise would be the persistent phone calls from a different member of their team when I had already told them I would get back to them after I had finished work.

Matt and Rosanna did a brilliant job in marketing our property, finding a buyer and steering us through to a successful sale. Especially as this was during the difficult market conditions in the first half of 2023. I would highly recommend the Jackson-Stops team in Bury St Edmunds.

Really so impressed by the team here - they are the agent for the house we are buying so we are not their client but nevertheless Suzanne and her colleagues have offered helpful advice, kept in touch with us and are so professional. We have spoken to a lot of agents in Canterbury during our house hunting and from the get go were seriously impressed by how thorough and responsive they are, with excellent local knowledge.
