We purchased a house through Jackson Stops, Burnham Market and this was a surprising pleasure despite being far from the easiest transaction. Jo and Carolyn are both extremely helpful, the surveyor they recommended was the best we’ve ever used too, must leave a glowing review for him too, and they were also really friendly and pleasant to deal with. Comms were easy and open, hitches were overcome with a sense of camaraderie, and a lovely welcome from Jo on the day of completion standing smiling in the drive with the keys and a bottle of champagne made a major life event memorable for all the right reasons. I would highly recommend Jackson-Stops as Estate Agents. I had a very positive experience selling my late father's property; the team were in constant communication, including emails for house viewings and general progress updates. In particular, Hannie Theobald called me regularly to update on progress, and even went to the house to greet the new owners on completion day. I also feel that Jackson-Stops gave a realistic market appraisal of the house and did not try to oversell their services to me. Overall, Jackson-Stops provide a very efficient and personable service, and treated me with empathy and thoughtfulness given the circumstances of the sale; I would use them again.... Read more

We chose Jackson Stops for house sale in Holt, partly based on good track record on achieving a sale nearby and partly due to the experience we had when we were looking to house buy a couple of years ago in the area. Jackson Stops were the only one of the estate agents we contacted when doing the house buy search who proactively came to us with ideas and updates - impressive at the time when there were lots of houses being bought & sold. David Lambert helped us arrive at a realistic market price ( two nearby properties remained unsold and both were eventually withdrawn from market ), and Carolyn Hayward and her team ( including the cheerful Jo Holden ) did an excellent job at sales contact - and that important after sales input to keep both sides of the transaction on course and happy. I would particularly mention Carolyn - she is a real asset to the team, very experienced, and kept in regular proactive contact. One constructive suggestion would have been to hear more from the capable David who we heard very little from once we selected Jackson Stops as agent - probably reflecting confidence in Carolyn but nevertheless he was the senior representative on the sale so it would have added to the client experience to have had the occasional proactive call from him.... These are an absolutely first class company to deal with. Tim and Carolyn were really on the ball when marketing my late mother's property. The brochure they produced was excellent and when it came to arranging viewings nothing was too much trouble for them. The suggested asking price was totally realistic unlike the figures quoted by other agents.
