Although I am only a tenant, I am very happy that the property I rent is managed by Jackson Stops. I seem to mainly communicate with their Property Manager - Loren Pogue. I was used to speaking to her on the phone - she is always highly professional, helpful and keeps me informed. Recently she did my annual property inspection and, unsurprisingly, she was again incredibly helpful and informative while not afraid to say 'don't know' and then both find out the answer and get back to me. She has certainly earned my trust and respect, and through her and others, so has Jackson Stops. Thank you.

Jack went above and beyond for us during our rental application. He was consistenly professional and friendly. We had some difficulty with regards to references and he worked with both the referencing agency and landlord to support us with this. With his help a lot of potential admin complications were taken care of in the background allowing us to focus on our move. We cannot thank him enough for his expertise and guidance. We highly recommend him and the team around him.

Whilst the purchase of our new home was frustrating due to probate delays and the sale of our property challenging due to exceptionally demanding buyers, Tim's support and customer service was exceptional, always staying on top of the case on both sides of our chain, promptly responding and chasing all enquiries. Professional service and friendly staff. During the viewing the estate agent doing on viewing knew the answers to all questions I asked and was really friendly. During the process agreeing a Let for a property, Jack Morgan, kept in constant communication and super friendly. Other members of the team including Oscar who I also dealt with where and friendly as Jack. Overall very happy with my experience.
