Sold my property through king homes and was extremely impressed with there communication and support throughout the whole sale, from start to completion, Grace did my viewings and was very professional and polite, would highly recommend them

James and the team at King Homes offer a great service. From valuing our property to sale was such an easy process. Communication was fantastic and they really made sure the sale of a property was stress free.

The good - They got us a good price and sold fast.
The bad - They are terrible at communication and as a result we wasted two months and had to find a new buyer. In the end we basically managed the sale ourselves.
Final verdict - King homes could learn a lot from AP Morgan… they need a reliable progressions team and they need to understand the sale is just the start. I would be unlikely to use again as they are. It’s a shame, I think they have a really good brand but I’m left feeling they didn’t really care about the sale once they got us a buyer.
