We loved the photos of the property, really felt good that my brother and sis in law found this place. But then they moved in, met with disgusting state of the property, almost 10 hours of cleaning plus professional services, then more drama came from the real estate agent, and maybe a careless landlord. Our family have rented properties, since then we have bought and now we have properties of our own to rent out, never in my life I have met with this level of carefree management and horrible professionalism. I hope for the best and I wish you guys can improve yourselves, or quit and do something else you guys really care about. But working like this, is not the way.... Read more
