We loved the photos of the property, really felt good that my brother and sis in law found this place.
But then they moved in, met with disgusting state of the property, almost 10 hours of cleaning plus professional services, then more drama came from the real estate agent, and maybe a careless landlord.
Our family have rented properties, since then we have bought and now we have properties of our own to rent out, never in my life I have met with this level of carefree management and horrible professionalism.
I hope for the best and I wish you guys can improve yourselves, or quit and do something else you guys really care about. But working like this, is not the way.

?"Extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism from the landlord. Renting out a property that is dirty and physically damaged is irresponsible. We expected a fresh start for my brother, but instead, we were met with 'bonuses' left behind by previous occupants and maintenance issues that should have been fixed. I urge prospective tenants to scroll through the reviews and view the photos shared —the lack of care is a recurring theme. Save yourself the stress and find a landlord who respects their tenants."

We’ve been absolutely overwhelmed at the high level of service received from Daniel at Lancasters & could not recommend using them more!
All queries are responded to efficiently and in the friendliest manner- nothing is ever too much trouble and after a bad experience with a different letting company we’re very grateful to be with Lancasters at our new property. ??????????

My daughter and son in law recently rented a property through this company. It was not in a fit state of repair with wall paper hanging off the walls. The place was also filthy! It is no exaggeration to say that it took me in addition to other family members days to clean it to enable it to be in a habitable state! I am a landlord myself and would never dream of leaving a property in this condition! AVOID this company!

We had Lancasters sell on our behalf as we did not live locally and had been renting it out for some years. They acted very professionally and we liked the people we dealt with along the way.
