Absolutely rubbish. Great in the beginning when we were paying our rent on time. but then when we moved the pettiness of the final inspection of the property was Absolutely ridiculous, down to cobwebs in the garage, light bulbs not working, left a coat hangers in a cupboard, left a glass in the kitchen cupboard, I believe they Are trying to keep our deposit. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Le Grys created an attractive marketing campaign that really highlighted the strengths and unique features of the house the photos and overall presentation were excellent.
They also managed the viewings with great care and efficiency, giving me clear feedback after each visit.
I highly recommend them to everyone looking to sell à property.

Jack was friendly and kind he understood our situation and was totally invested in us
His knowledge of the market and area was top notch
He kept us informed and gave us friendly and solid advice when it was needed
Jack is a credit to the company and nothing was to much trouble
My interaction was good telephone always answered in the office by a very nice gentleman who was always upbeat and helpful always passing on any message
Our experience with yourselves has been one of positivity and professional friendliness even in a very difficult market Thankyou ????

From initial contact through to final handover of keys the service and support provided by Debbie and the team at LeGrys, Cranbrook, for the sale of my sister's house has been excellent. There were a few issues along the way, but these were handled sympathetically and proactively, and the team kept us well informed throughout. They were a real pleasure to work with.
