Nostalgia brought us to Lindsays - we first met 25 yrs ago when they were Miller Hendry + we bought our first home in Perth.
Deciding to move is no small thing. We had 25 yrs of memories but also 50 yrs of furniture + STUFF! from the homes before Perth.
It was so long since our last change of address that we had underestimated the challenge of the process we were undertaking. Fortunately, after an initial chat with Dot Coldwell + then a visit from Carol Capper we were able to see how to proceed. They, together with Penny Twine, gently directed us through a pain free sales plan. We were guided through the legal aspects of the process by Amanda Frenz + Cheryl MacDonald.
It’s just as good 25 yrs later + this time you get to meet Carol + Dot + Penny … + the lovely Cheryl.

Lindsays were recommended to us by work colleagues to assist in the sale of our home at a time of massive personal upheaval. Carol Capper and Dot Coldwell managed most of our undertaking. All communications were swift, succinct, professional, and trustworthy. Would highly recommend to friends and family.

Not great - would not use again. Did nothing to find interested parties in first few weeks until I had to call a senior team member to complain... Not ideal - feel like they had too much work to handle mine at the time. Would have fathered they had just said they were too busy than wait too I was stressed and lost out on buyers.
