Overall the experience with Debra Timmis was positive , I found them to be professional and prompt with all communication . And had a good knowledge of the postcode area that there business is situated in .

Our property appeared to be a surprisingly difficult sell. Initially the property was over valued but Timmis provided the closest valuation and advised well when we had to drop the price to attract viewings.
Timmis have done particularly well in enabling a deal to be made, by selling the house of our buyers to enable a no chain sale. So, despite a long time languishing on the market, we should now get a straightforward sale.

To be fair, I already knew about Debra Timmis and was pleased to see her quoted amongst the top 5 performing agents in our area. Get Agent just helped us to make a much better informed choice, and all i csn add is "So far, so good."We are 2 weeks in and hoping for a speedy conclusion to our sale.
