Knowledgeable staff with a good experience of the local market. Stay in touch and review marketing strategy regularly. Although property not sold after 6 months able to re-assure that current approach is sound with plenty of viewing and interest.

They were good selling their services, but we have several issues with agents punctuality, changing appointments without telling us and people turn up on our door with appointments the agency didn't recall. They did finally sell, but we have tu push them and low the price.
