We used Mackenzie Smith (Camberley branch) after the neighbours next door recommended them, having just sold their house with them. We did have other agents around to value our property, some of them aggressively pushy. From the start to completion, Mackenzie Smith were extremely pleasant & easy to deal with, keeping us updated at all times & found a buyer really quickly.
I’m not a great fan of estate agents but would highly recommend them.

The service we received from Steve and Nick was nothing short of first class. They achieved an excellent price on the sale of our house and worked around the clock to push the sale and our purchase through before the stamp duty change deadline at the end of March. Always contactable and 100% worth every single penny. Cannot recommend them enough.

We just completed on a new property in Yateley and were very happy with the service. Dan has been great throughout the process, helped by a good relationship with the local mortgage broker (Elmbank Mortgages). I would happily use Mackenzie Smith in the future ????

Mackenzie Smith rightly deserves their 5* rating from their c1800+ reviews on Google. From the outset, our experience has been entirely positive. I’m name checking Dan in the Yateley branch as he is simply superb at his job. From the initial contact and valuation to exchange of contracts he has demonstrated a vast breadth and depth of knowledge and navigated us gently through a minefield of obstacles that at times threatened to derail our sale. He demonstrated an exceptional ability to negotiate, always staying focussed on the end game whist ensuring that all issues were resolved in a way that benefited both us and our buyer. He is an excellent communicator, keeping us updated regularly of progress and we felt that we were in a safe pair of hands throughout the process. This is a company that truly values its customers and has integrity and honesty as cornerstone values. Thank you for everything that you have done to help us over the last few months.

Our third experience of working with Simon and the Hook team in the last 7 years. For the third time, it was plain sailing and all went to plan. Simon was always on the end of the phone/email if needed.
Wouldn't use any other estate agent in Hook and cannot recommend Simon and his team highly enough.
