Darren was an excellent agent and better than I hoped for. Our chain was a tough one with many challenges, difficult people and poor behaviour. Darren rose to the occasion. His manner instilled confidence in all those around him and kept others calm in stressfull situations. Assertive, respectful, professional with a good sense of fun, Darren has the skills to pull people together and get things done. The other estate agents in the process looked hopeless in comparison to Darren's experience, skills and behaviours. If you're looking for someone who you can trust, who gets results without behaving like a "cowboy" I would highly recommend.

Stephen and the team at Camberley provided excellent service through what was (through no fault of their own) a tricky sale. I have had some bad experiances with estate agents in the past and I am so pleased to be able to say McKenzie Smith truly break the mould. Could not recommend enough.

From the moment Paul and Dan took my father’s property on their books, I felt comforted that every bit of advice I was being given was honest and truthful. Dan saw me through some pretty stressful times with his very professional and caring attitude! I highly recommend them and will be seeking them out when I come to sell my own property! I had great experience of purchasing a property with Mackenzie Smith! The sellers are quite challenging to deal with, we even thought about pulling out due to the difficult situations.
However, Dan made it a lot easier and less stressful! He kept us on updated with everything without needing to chase, with excellent communication and problem solving skills! Without Dan, we wouldn’t have exchanged!
Much appreciated and highly recommended!

We have nothing but praise for Steve and the staff at the Farnborough branch. The sale has involved a number of complexities and delays, however Steve has worked hard, chased regularly for progress, and kept us up to date every step of the way until we exchanged contracts. We can't thank him and the Farnborough staff enough.

A very professional company to deal with
I dealt with the manager of the lettings office in Fleet which was Andrew Travers. He actually gave me expert guidance up to a year before I bought my new apartment in order that I got everything spot on and achieved the rental income I expected. I consulted him many times and he was very patient and helpful. But it has been a win/win situation for both parties. If you value not only expert advice, but a company that does what it says it is going to do and do it when it says it’s going to do it, you will want to use Mackenzie Smith. The most professional company I have dealt with, thanks Andrew
