I bought my home through Simon and Sallie and I cannot recommend them enough. Even though I wasn't paying them directly and I wasn't their client, they were hugely supportive, both professionally and personally when I was stressed and overwhelmed. They were so proactive and the only ones in the chain to be driving the process forward and offering constant help. I love my home and can't imagine ever moving but when I do I will definitely be selling with Mackenzie Smith.

Andy in lettings has been absolutely fantastic in helping me to navigate the application process. He offered a supportive and can do attitude, was responsive and where others would experience barriers to progression and cease the process, he worked hard to help overcome them. I am hugely grateful for his customer service, time and patience!

Everyone involved from showing us round the property to keeping us informed the status of offers within the chain and then the sales progressor keeping us constantly up to date with the whole purchase process made us as first time buyers a lot less stressed that we heard home buying to be.

I would like to thank mckenzie smith especially steve panther who has been helping us through out finding my first home ?????? steve was professional,knowledgeable and genuinely helpful made whole process smooth and stress free .
Our property was chain which lead long delay ups and down throughout the whole process
Most importantly communication was clear and timley and Steve he went always extra mile to make sure everything was handled efficiently.

What an amazing level of service from Mackenzie Smith in Yateley & all the team there in! Having not moved for 38 years they certainly gave us confidence during the whole process. From our initial meeting with Dan who valued the house and showed such enthusiasm for it & also kept in constant contact with us, we knew we had chosen correctly. When Dan went on Paternity we then dealt with both Brian & Nick if we had any questions and they replied almost immediately. Everything was straightforward until the last few weeks when we had a few hiccups approaching exchange but they sorted everything out, kept in constant contact and finally ‘got us over the line’! We move next week and are so excited! We want to say a huge thankyou for all of their help, making this move a pleasure! We could not have asked for more and cannot recommend them enough!
