Our third experience of working with Simon and the Hook team in the last 7 years. For the third time, it was plain sailing and all went to plan. Simon was always on the end of the phone/email if needed.
Wouldn't use any other estate agent in Hook and cannot recommend Simon and his team highly enough.

Great Service from Simon and the team in Hook. We had multiple viewings (due to the effective marketing) and 3 offers within the first 48 hours of our property being on the market. We sold at well over the asking price and the customer service continued with regular updates until we completed yesterday. Outstanding customer service, open, honest and managed our expectations throughout the whole process of selling our house and moving to our new home. Kieran from the Hook branch was exceptional with the service he provided. Such a pleasant and smart person too, who communicated with us throughout, and even intervened with solicitors further along the chain in order to meet our move aspirations.
This can be a most stressful time and Kieran went above and beyond what we expected, guiding us and taking pressure off us to complete.
I can’t speak more highly of Mackenzie Smith in Hook and will recommend their services at the drop of a hat.
