A very professional company to deal with I dealt with the manager of the lettings office in Fleet which was Andrew Travers. He actually gave me expert guidance up to a year before I bought my new apartment in order that I got everything spot on and achieved the rental income I expected. I consulted him many times and he was very patient and helpful. But it has been a win/win situation for both parties. If you value not only expert advice, but a company that does what it says it is going to do and do it when it says it’s going to do it, you will want to use Mackenzie Smith. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Mackenzie Smith again. Our previous agent let us down and thankfully they were there to pick up the pieces; a perfect blend of professional and personal. Whilst online only agents are cheaper, there were numerous occasions where their local network of knowing partners at solicitors, removal companies etc. meant we could keep things moving swiftly and on track.... Decidedly average is not a phrase anyone likes to be associated with, but sadly that's the most I can say about MacKenzie Smith in Fleet. The agent we were originally dealing with was good but left during our purchase, and James the Branch Manager was always great. Unfortunately for us, we ended up working with another agent, and it's when things start getting difficult in the chain that you can really measure an agent's true worth. For us, that meant panic, terrible communication and added stress when we should have felt assisted, protected and reassured. We got there in the end, but only because of the help of other stakeholders in the chain, and sadly I just couldn't recommend them based on our experience.... Read more

We knew Mackenzie Smith in Fleet were good, but they excelled themselves selling our home. James, Justin, Luke and Dan are the "Fab Four of Fleet" when it comes to Estate Agents.
