Darren was an excellent agent and better than I hoped for. Our chain was a tough one with many challenges, difficult people and poor behaviour. Darren rose to the occasion. His manner instilled confidence in all those around him and kept others calm in stressfull situations. Assertive, respectful, professional with a good sense of fun, Darren has the skills to pull people together and get things done. The other estate agents in the process looked hopeless in comparison to Darren's experience, skills and behaviours. If you're looking for someone who you can trust, who gets results without behaving like a "cowboy" I would highly recommend.

Buying/selling a property is such a stressful time, but I felt very lucky to have Darren on my side. He supported us brilliantly throughout the whole process; if it wasn't for him, on multiple occasions, I think this process would have gone on longer or worse, fall through. But Darren was a star, when above and beyond to support us and see this through. I highly recommend and if I move again, I'll be using Mackenzie Smith again.

Mckenzie Smith and Darren have been nothing short of absolutely superb. The service is excellent they really go out of their way to make sure things go smoothly and go above and beyond. My sale and purchase was particularly complicated however the professionalism and communication from Darren was excellent. I'd absolutely use McKenzie Smith again without a shadow of doubt and I'd encourage and recommend anyone selling or buying a house to use McKenzie Smith. Outstanding service.

1st class from Nick and the team in the Ash Vale office. Throughout selling our house Nick has worked tirelessly and persistently to reach exchange of contracts. There where some challenges along the way however we where always provided with confidence that MacKenzie Smith where on top of these. Would highly recommend and certainly would not think twice about using MacKenzie Smith in the future.

We recently purchased our new house through Mackenzie Smith and from the beginning they were fantastic. Nick handled our purchase and was always available either on the phone or email, never taking longer than a few hours to respond. He was so supportive in helping us deal with our solicitor, he was honest and up front about everything and even got involved in helping us rectify issues with the sale of our flat, something that he as not responsible for. I could not recommend Nick or his colleagues more whether you are buying or selling.

Darren and his team are the most professional, knowledgable, trustworthy, ethical and dedicated real estate professionals I’ve ever dealt with. We sold and bought through them and I can’t think how this could go any better.
When I researched local agents I made a mistake of enquiring with the other one over the road, and then couldn’t get rid of them pestering me for months. If you want the right kind of experience for yourself and your potential buyer, Mackenzie Smith are the only choice in Ash and Ash Vale.

Nick was fantastic all the way through our sale & purchase. I would highly recommend his services & will seek to use him in future if/when we next move. He followed-up with all parties (all solicitors, buyers, sellers etc.) in the chain diligently & in good time to ensure the sale/purchase progressed quickly. I was always informed quickly of any updates & Nick was always on hand to offer thoughtful & considered advice when any decisions where needed.
The majority of estate agents I spoke to pass your sale to different departments throughout the move, so you're never dealing with one person throughout (e.g. the person actually selling your property/doing viewings is someone you will not meet/vet before agreeing to use that estate agent). Mackenzie Smith on the other hand assigns you one person who deals with your sale/purchase cradle to grave. This really sets them apart from others. For me it was important to have a salesperson I could trust, and I was comfortable with Mackenzie Smith because the salesperson was the same person who valued the property and managed the sale from start to finish.
