do not trust them! they just kept on lying to me. wanted to rent a house through them and they were just coming up with excuses( tenants haven't given their notice yet so can't arrange a viewing,although the ad is on rightmove already; we need to give tenants 24hr.notice for any viewings ...blah blah) not to arrange a viewing. in the end the house was "no longer available". makes me wonder how the person who actually got the place managed to get a viewing, perhaps they spoke with the right accent. :-( very poor.....makes me feel angry and disappointed. august 2019q
