We used Mackenzie Smith (Camberley branch) after the neighbours next door recommended them, having just sold their house with them. We did have other agents around to value our property, some of them aggressively pushy. From the start to completion, Mackenzie Smith were extremely pleasant & easy to deal with, keeping us updated at all times & found a buyer really quickly.
I’m not a great fan of estate agents but would highly recommend them.

The service we received from Steve and Nick was nothing short of first class. They achieved an excellent price on the sale of our house and worked around the clock to push the sale and our purchase through before the stamp duty change deadline at the end of March. Always contactable and 100% worth every single penny. Cannot recommend them enough.

We used the Camberley branch to sell our flat and the service Nick Ross provided was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and he took time to explain the complexities of the process in language I could understand! Can’t fault how they marketed the property and got people interested. It also didn’t stop there and Nick smoothed the process right through to completion as the inevitable bumps in the road popped up during the whole process to sale. Nick even contacted me on the day of the sale to make sure everything was concluded satisfactorily.
Thanks Nick, I think we would have struggled to sell the flat at the price we wanted with another agent.

We would highly recommend choosing Mackenzie Smith as estate agents.Our first contact was with Nick Ross who came to value the house. We appreciated his honest approach and right away felt we were in good hands. As soon as we confirmed we would like to go ahead with them, we were kept busy with viewings even before the house details went online! We were very happy with how the house was marketed, with plenty of good photos and a nice brochure. It took only 10 days to receive a very good offer on the house, which we accepted.
From then on up until exchange of contract, we were updated regularly by both Nick and Steve Tetlow who also kept in touch with our sellers, buyers and solicitors in order to keep all in the chain informed and in agreement. We are buying a new build so there have inevitably been a few uncertain moments but Steve and Nick were always there to calm our nerves! We got there in the end and are very grateful for all their help.
