A very professional company to deal with
I dealt with the manager of the lettings office in Fleet which was Andrew Travers. He actually gave me expert guidance up to a year before I bought my new apartment in order that I got everything spot on and achieved the rental income I expected. I consulted him many times and he was very patient and helpful. But it has been a win/win situation for both parties. If you value not only expert advice, but a company that does what it says it is going to do and do it when it says it’s going to do it, you will want to use Mackenzie Smith. The most professional company I have dealt with, thanks Andrew

They were great from start to finish. Very responsive to all my questions and incredibly helpful from telling me when the price dropped so I could get my offer in quick to helping me keep an important completion date when the sellers tried to postpone.

We thank Paul Phelan and his team for selling our property on Cricket Hill in Yateley during a difficult housing market.
Sage advise from Paul on pricing and presentation and his local contacts resulted in several quality viewings and an offer that we accepted just four weeks after going onto the market.
His subsequent attention to detail on the exchange process played a significant part in exchange of contracts seven weeks later. Including the delivery of documents to solicitors for our buyers to expedite process.
