Shut two afternoons in a row with no notice, no info on website, just a handwritten sign in the door. Can't collect Amazon parcels, make PayPoint payments etc as a result. At least keep customers informed online and also inform Amazon so customers don't keep on trying to get items delivered there when the delivery driver can't gain access.

I went to this store last weekend. the staff are very friendly and i must say the display of all items are very nicely replenished on the shelve, very clean and tidy well done. Most daily essentials you will most definitely find

This pandemic is bringing out the best & the worst in people: sadly 2 workers, on 2 separate days in this shop have shown their true colours, talk about abrupt, rude, arrogant when enforcing their shop social distancing payment counter rules - not a smile, not a thank you, or even a please!! The female worker had the cheek to say, that's how she always talks, dreadful lack of skills all round. I'll be taking my money somewhere else.

Nicest people, this shop is probably the best run in wokingham. From the manager to the staff. Always friendly and go above and beyond.
