I have to say I haven’t felt so comfortable buying a house knowing that we had someone like Ashleigh running the show. Everything was under control, from viewing our new property, then having the expert knowledge to know the target audience for our old house. Communication was 5 star, daily updates via the phone & WhatsApp groups. She had her foot on the pedal at all times when it came to dealing with solicitors, getting the house sale and purchase pushed through within 3 months. Highly recommend to anyone and everyone.

Having been on the market with another agent for 6 months with no success and offers that were thousands of pounds too low, North sold my house within 8 days with the first person they brought through the door for almost the asking price. I had watched North sell my brother’s house very quickly which played a part in my decision to switch agents, but the friendly caring approach also was a part, you aren’t just a number to North. Ashleigh’s photographs and brochures were above and beyond other agents in the area and I do think that played a huge part in selling my house as quickly as it did. From the get go Scott and the team were great to deal with and kept me informed as to what was going on. Id recommend North to everyone I know and not hesitate to use them again!

We had a fantastic experience with North from start to finish. I actually swapped estate agents because I was so impressed with how quickly they sold the house next door.
Communication was always excellent — we were kept updated throughout the whole process and any small issues that came up were dealt with instantly, which made everything so much less stressful.
They were also incredibly supportive when we had difficulties with the solicitors, helping to chase things along and offering reassurance whenever needed. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble.
On top of being professional and efficient, they were just genuinely lovely people to deal with. Friendly, approachable and clearly cared about making the process as smooth as possible for us.
We massively appreciate all of their hard work and support and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property.
