We honestly couldn’t recommend North Residential highly enough!!<br><br>From the very beginning, it felt like we genuinely mattered to them, rather than just being another sale. The level of care, communication and personal service was outstanding throughout the whole process.<br><br>We dealt mainly with Ashleigh and Scott, but every single member of the team was fantastic. Nothing was ever too much trouble. They really listened to what we wanted and were incredibly accommodating. With two young children, we asked if viewings could be kept to just one day a week, and they completely respected our wishes without any issues.<br><br>A special mention has to go to Ashleigh. She was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. She is so warm, bubbly and approachable, but also incredibly knowledgeable and professional. No question was ever too much, and her advice and reassurance throughout the whole process were invaluable. She made what could have been a really stressful experience feel so much easier, and it genuinely felt like she cared about getting the best outcome for us. Thankyou Ashleigh!<br><br>All communication was excellent throughout, especially having a dedicated WhatsApp group where any questions were answered quickly and updates were always shared promptly. We always felt informed and supported every step of the way.<br><br>Selling a house can be stressful, but the whole team at North Residential made the experience as smooth and straightforward as possible. We genuinely couldn’t fault them and are so grateful for everything they did.<br><br>We’ve already recommended North Residential to friends, who have since chosen to use them too, and we’d happily recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.<br><br>Thank you to Ashleigh, Scott and the whole team for such an amazing service. I have to say I haven’t felt so comfortable buying a house knowing that we had someone like Ashleigh running the show. Everything was under control, from viewing our new property, then having the expert knowledge to know the target audience for our old house. Communication was 5 star, daily updates via the phone & WhatsApp groups. She had her foot on the pedal at all times when it came to dealing with solicitors, getting the house sale and purchase pushed through within 3 months. Highly recommend to anyone and everyone.

Having been on the market with another agent for 6 months with no success and offers that were thousands of pounds too low, North sold my house within 8 days with the first person they brought through the door for almost the asking price. I had watched North sell my brother’s house very quickly which played a part in my decision to switch agents, but the friendly caring approach also was a part, you aren’t just a number to North. Ashleigh’s photographs and brochures were above and beyond other agents in the area and I do think that played a huge part in selling my house as quickly as it did. From the get go Scott and the team were great to deal with and kept me informed as to what was going on. Id recommend North to everyone I know and not hesitate to use them again!
