I liked my experience with Page and Wells. I liked how friendly and down to earth Phillip was our estate agent. I loved how they kept me informed of new viewers and worked the viewings around my schedule. They gave me helpful advice as this is the first selling we have done. Having been disappointed with 2 other agents we wished we had gone to Page and Wells first. They were proactive and realistic about the price we could achieve.

We havent sold with page and wells as we decided to come off the market after 3 months as it wasnt the right time to sell. The market situation was slow. Overall experience with page and wells was good.
