Had a very good experience selling a house in Dorchester (a probate sale).
Unfortunately the property was put on the market just as the market downturn hit. As a result it sold for less than initially hoped. Clearly that was no fault of the estate agent.

Polite but they need to remember to be aware of all the facts when dealing with house sales that involve more than one family member. Perhaps their initial paperwork needs to be more robust.
