Can’t say enough about the support and work that Paul and the team put into this sale. It has taken some time, through no fault of theirs, but communication was always regular and clear.
Would happily deal with them again and recommend them to anyone who is looking for a company who really does go the extra mile.

I couldn't have asked for a friendlier and more professional service from anyone. From the outset I was dealt with in a caring and kind manner. Communications were excellent throughout and the Paul and Selina actually listened to what I needed and acted accordingly. A great experience during difficult times. Recently purchased in Leatherhead via Patrick Gardner.
A great experience as a buyer, led by Frank and supported by other colleagues throughout the viewing process.
Clear and regular communication throughout, which made the purchase side of things very smooth and stress free for us during a tricky and often difficult chain beneath us.
Would certainly use Patrick Gardner again when the time comes, and would highly recommended. A nice touch of a card and flowers upon collecting the keys to our new home.
