Patrick Gardner were incredible with our sale. Sarah Tucker was our main point of contact, and she was brilliant from day 1, right up until completion. There were 7 parties in total, and she handled the entire chain with great skill. I highly recommend her and the company.

Selling our family home was bittersweet but Selina was efficient, her communication was excellent and she found the right buyer who loved the house and proceeded to purchase. Her enthusiasm for the house was infectious and I’m sure this helped the process. The sale proceeded quickly and smoothly with Selina communicating with the legal teams and all parties; we felt informed at each stage which made things as easy as possible. Huge thanks Selina, Jamie and the PG team.

I couldn't have asked for more tbh. I found Emma to be absolutely amazing throughout my purchase. She really helped in every way she could and she really hasn't stopped even with issues I've had post purchase. Thanks to the team at Leatherhead, lots of support and can't fault them.
