I would highly recommend the company to a buyer or tenant looking to purchase or lease property. It is the most professional estate agency I’ve ever dealt with. The team at the Great Bookham office was very supportive throughout the lease signing process; they responded promptly and provided the guidance we needed to finalise it.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Unfair and wrong treatment during my check-out. Just keen in getting my money. I was a good tenant who looked after the property as it was mine. The property was not particularly well maintained when I got it, but they wanted me to leave it shining, as it wasn’t at check-in. Awful!

Their communication was fantastic, kept up to date with progression work, providing me with weekly updates - ensuring the sale was moving forwards and foreseeing any potential issues. Progression work is vital to a smooth sale, often over looked by other agents! 5 Stars
