Block and Estate Management<br><br>We have used Justin and his team for a couple of years now, and I also had experience of working with Justin in his previous place of employment.<br><br>As the sole director, I normally take an active role in the running of the estate. However, due to family circumstances, over the past year or so it has understandably had to take more of a back seat. During that time, I have had complete confidence in Katherine and the rest of Justin’s team to keep everything running smoothly, and they have certainly not let me down.<br><br>Justin clearly takes great pride in his work, his business and his team. That is reflected in the standard of service they provide, the results they achieve and the way he keeps in regular contact.<br><br>Katherine, who oversees the estate, is excellent to deal with. She is knowledgeable, helpful and friendly, and is always happy to discuss any issues or concerns. She has also been very understanding of my circumstances, which I have greatly appreciated.<br><br>Overall, I have been extremely pleased with the service we have received and would have no hesitation in recommending Justin and his team.

We recently moved for the first time in 25 years. The house we wanted to buy was listed by PG so we asked them to sell ours too. Selina and Jamie were fantastic from start to finish with clear, responsive communication at all steps along the process of both buying and selling. From the first meeting to value the property through to completion of sale the whole team we dealt with at Patrick Gardner - Sarah, Jonty and Charlotte - have been efficient and communicative.
