After a particularly challenging time in trying to purchase my property, the team at Pinewoods were fantastic throughout. The sales executive Ross was excellent in keeping myself in the loop throughout the whole process and was there to answer any queries and offered constant reassurance that the purchase would go through as intend. An excellent team and would highly recommend, will definitely use them again!

Pinewood Estate Agency have recently sold my home and I honestly cannot recommend them highly enough.
From the very beginning, the whole team were professional, supportive and knowledgeable. I first met with Paul, who provided a realistic and honest explanation of what to expect, including the valuation, the market and the selling process. This gave me real confidence from the outset.
I then worked with the incredible Delyth Kinnar, who gave excellent advice on staging the property and making sure it was presented at its best. Delyth worked alongside Grace and Ross to ensure the property was marketed to a really high standard. Grace was also fantastic in dealing with enquiries, keeping communication clear, helpful and professional throughout. The social media team were brilliant, and thanks to the quality of the marketing and viewings, my house sold after the very first day of viewings.
Throughout the whole process, I was kept fully up to date with viewings, feedback and the legal stages of selling. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and I always felt informed, involved and supported along the way.
I feel incredibly lucky to have had my home and the sale process looked after by the team at Pinewood. They were professional from start to finish, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home.

All of the staff, especially Ross, were really helpful as they kept us updated during the sale of our property. Paul the owner was also really nice and helpful as he was the first person i met as he did the valuation of my house. I would highly recommend the Pinewood Estate Agency, if you’re selling your property. Also they helped me quickly find a rented place temporarily as the buyer didn’t want to wait too long.
On the letting side of things I would also like to thank George Woodfine for his ongoing help and support.
