Where to start No explanation of t&c's, fees, to cooling off period or anything like that, so thought they would be sent via email, nothing came Felt pressured into putting the house for with them They had a property I wanted to view, i asked for an appointment 5 times! Finally got a viewing, (or thought i had) but nobody turned up to show me around the empty property, I called pinewood, they apologised and asked if I wanted to make an appointment for the following week, I called them back once I'd had a look at my diary, only to be told that the property was sold, total shambles! Definitely would not recommend... Read more

We recently sold our property through Pinewood and honestly, I can’t recommend them enough—especially Delyth and Ross. From the get-go they were incredibly professional, kept us in the loop constantly, and were always straight with us about what to expect (which we really appreciated). No sugarcoating, just honest and realistic advice, which helped massively throughout the process. We had a pretty bumpy ride (nothing to do with the estate agents!) but Delyth and Ross were absolutely fantastic the whole way through. Fantastic service from day 1 from Ross and Delyth at Pinewood to help sell our home. Very quick to respond to any questions we had right through the process and ultra helpful after one absolute timewaster of a "buyer" pulled out. Supportive and diligent in arranging lots of viewings and always took our thoughts on board. Not planning on moving house for a while but when we do we will definitely go through Pinewood.
