Was on the market for 3 months without hearing a word from the office, nothing at all until we contacted them. Was apologised to at the point and was told would get regular updates every 4 weeks as a minimum. Another 6 weeks went by with no communication whatsoever until chasing them again. Eventually had enough and took it off the market with them.

Entirely pleased with Quick and Clarke estate agents in selling a property in Cottingham. Quoted a realistic price and the sale went exactly as they anticipated. Very good backup service along the way and we received some good, prompt advice about points that arose during the sale. If we sold again we would certainly go back to this very efficient company.
