Recently sold our home through Robert Bells. Good communication / relationship from all team members. The final 2 - 3 weeks prior to ‘completion’ were tense to say the least due to poor communications down the chain. During this time Julian was a calming, reassuring presence readily available and worked really hard communicating with relevant others and as a result the sale was completed on time.

As an example of poor communication I left a voicemail for the accounts department, followed by email to the valuer which was forwarded to the accounts dept but after a week I have had no response.
