We received phenomenal service from the team at Robert Holmes. We bought our house from RH 30 years ago - one of the best decisions we ever made. When we finally decided to move - we talked to all the agents in the village and RH were by far the most impressive - with the most sales of large family homes. They gave honest advice about pricing and marketing and suggesting a sound plan. Their knowledge of the quite special Wimbledon market reflects their over 40 years of experience - they simply know every house and every potential buyer well before they ever hit Rightmove. Just to be sure - I put every detail of our house (floorplans , photos etc) into Claude and ChatGPT and asked which agent would be best - they both said Robert Holmes. They sold our house in 48 hours and found the perfect family for the next 30 years. Special shout out to lovely Susan Cornelius - her professionalism and intelligence made what should have been a stressful experience - completely smooth sailing.

Robert Holmes Wimbledon Village Sales office has a highly experienced team. During the sale of my property, adjacent to Wimbledon Common, I worked with Paul, John and Susan, all of whom have a wealth of knowledge of Wimbledon (and the surrounding areas) going back years; and their connection with the Village and people who live there is invaluable. They were all so personable and communicative and nothing was too much trouble. Even during the difficult market we were selling in, I had a regular stream of credible potential buyers viewing my property and it wasn't long before they found me a buyer. James and Andrea were also great with the marketing and admin and were very friendly and helpful. If you want to sell a property in this area then I would highly recommend them.

We couldn't be happier with the service we received from Georgina at Robert Holmes. Throughout the purchase of our new property, she was incredibly fair, professional, and always on top of communication. Georgina genuinely helped us find and secure our forever home. From viewings to move in day, she was warm, honest and always looked out for us. While we won't be moving again anytime soon, if we ever did sell in the future, Robert Holmes and specifically Georgina would be our absolute first choice!

We had a great experience working with Robert Holmes in general and Tiffiny Peppiatt in particular in letting out our house. Tiffiny was extremely proactive and her speed of responses to our questions is super fast. All in all, it was a very seamless process thanks to Tiffiny !
