As a buyer, Robinson Hornsby were brilliant throughout the process. They kept us up to date with any progress on the sale via email. The staff were very polite and professional. We would definitely want to use them if we were selling a property.

We had a really great experience with the estate agent throughout the whole process. They were incredibly helpful and supportive from the very beginning, especially with arranging house viewings and helping us understand and figure things out along the way.<br><br>They were always approachable, responsive and happy to help whenever we had questions. They also went above and beyond by helping us chase up the seller’s solicitor, which made a stressful process much easier for us. I never felt rushed or pressured when viewing houses, which I felt with other estate agents.<br><br>We really appreciated all their hard work, communication and support. They made the whole experience much smoother and we would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Thank you for all your help

I’ve had a very poor and frustrating experience with Robinson Hornsby , they were not selling my home but in charge of the property I wished to buy.<br>They frequently, when I called , were not up to speed or updated with events , things were not logged onto the system that had happened and the most frustrating part was when the survey report came back with urgent repairs required and they made light of it , did not keep in communication with me nor informed me of any progress. I emailed more than once, tried to call several times but was not able to make contact and had no response.<br>In the end I lost confidence in the property I was purchasing and withdrew my offer by e mail and when my explanation did not even generate a response it further reinforced my views and concerns.<br>I emailed more than one agent to express my worries and my disappointment and I have still to date, not received any response!!<br>I would have thought that they would have acted on their clients best interest and contacted me quickly following my concerns and withdrawal of offer, based also on their poor performance.<br>Overall, I would say incompetent , inefficient , unprofessional with a lack of proactive management.

Don't list your property for sale with this company if you want potential buyers to be able to view it. I've tried repeatedly by email, phone message, website forms and rightmove messages to arrange a viewing of 2 properties but no one ever responds. I see someone else reviewing had a similar experience, so if I were a seller I would just not list with them as if buyers can't view then they don't offer. Why this is, I have no idea - but as a seller I'd certainly query why they don't respond to genuine buyer enquiries, particularly from those who are ready to offer.<br><br>In 25 years of buying and selling property I've never found an agency who appears to simply ignore my enquiry. I was ready to buy, yet they have ignored my enquiries.<br><br>Awful service for an agency.<br><br>As a note to the agency, before they attempt to say it was a technology glitch: I attempted contact via multiple methods over 7 days. 1) 4 Rightmove Enquiries 2) Website Form 3) Phone Message 4) Email to the Sales Director/Head of Sales.

I had a disappointing experience trying to arrange a viewing with this agency. I made multiple attempts to arrange a viewing but didn’t receive any clear confirmation. I was told emails hadn’t come through, which was frustrating. Then l was given a time over the phone and told that another viewer would be there before 15 min ago. And l asked them whether 15 min would be enough to see the house. They said yes and l would receive confirmation email with address of the house but l never received that confirmation email. As a result l was unable to attend the viewing. As a serious buyer with an agreement in principle, l expected a more organised and responsive service.
