Matt and his team did an exceptional job selling our house. The marketing, particularly the photography and video, was of a very high standard.
Matt’s network and the way he works that network is a real differentiator. Nothing is too much trouble for him and he provided calm reassurance and sensible advice through out the process. His many years (sorry Matt) of experience really did stand us in good stead. Can’t thank him enough for a service over and above ‘normal’.

Professional,personable,friendly. Handled the sale of our property superbly well,despite our requirement that it could not be marketed fully until we had found the property we wished to buy. Not an easy brief but they followed it and we agreed sale of our house and purchase of our next house within 24 hours! When there was a last minute issue in the sale/purchase completion, Matt dealt with it with great skill and sensitivity. Simply the best!

Matt and his team worked very well with us both to achieve our sale and purchase. Matt said one day “.I’m not going to sleep properly until I’v got you both in your purchase flat.” We are now settled in our flat that was down to Matt and his team who gently eased us through the process. We purchased our house through Robinson Sherston. It was a difficult time to be buying and the solicitors involved didn't make things any easier, but Nick Sherston remained professional and reasonable throughout. Would highly recommend.
