Thank you for your all the help - Folco has been really helpful, flexible and nice throughout the process, accommodating further visits when needed I also think it's a nice and family business which changes from big estate agent chains. I also met Guy towards the end who was super nice as well and friendly.

Salter Rex handled the sale of my house in Kentish Town. I would highly recommend them to anyone selling in the area. They were professional at all times, gave sound advice, and did everything possible to facilitate the sale.

Folco and Guy were excellent. Both of them were pro active and always there to help. Alwys called back when promised. Foco went out of his way to assist and ensure that the property deal was completed effeciently. Excellent Saleman

We recently sacked their block management team after years of substandard service managing our block. We found Ben and his team rude, unhelpful, unresponsive to emails/calls and outright negligent. They never bothered to visit our block for years even though we agreed on quarterly visits. And for doing the bare minimum, they demanded a 50% fee hike without the decency to even discuss with us first. A completely delusional and insulting behaviour by a dreadful team. Never engage this bunch of estate agents to manage your block.
