Great to work with and trustworthy with the recent purchase on a flat. Despite being a long and fairly complicated process I always felt my best interests were at heart. Folco was very professional, friendly & communicative. Always willing to help and quick to act. I would absolutely recommend.

Salter Rex were used by our landlords to rent and manage the property we've lived in for a year+. They have always been very helpful, with quick responses when we've had any issues in the apartment and flexible when it came to visits arrangements (for a gas engineer, viewings when we've moved out..). Particular thanks to Nat. We were very happy with them, we recommend.

We are extremely happy with our experience with Salter Rex and would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to buy or sell in Kentish Town.
We sold our house AND purchased a house both with Salter Rex in Kentish Town in February 2025. It was quite a challenging transaction as we were part of a chain and were in a contract race on the purchase side. Guy Russell went above an beyond to facilitate the transaction. His experience, professionalism, tact and persistence helped unblocked a difficult situation.
It was a pleasure interacting with him as the communication is always smooth and precise. Guy knows Kentish Town like the back of his hand, he gives precious advices on the purchase side and very accurate estimates of the price at which a property would go.
