I had to go through a few letting agents when I was trying to find an apartment for me and my family. It was only after I got in touch with this company that I felt provided sterling service . They were so professional and took me through every step . My first consultant was Mia and she answered all my questions and make sure they were addressed. Mia helped me to secure the current apartment. Then Molly facilitated the contract and all other requirements for this to happen. Molly and Mia were exceptional in ensuring that my family's needs were met. I wish I had written this much earlier but I was still trying to connect internet to my new apartment. These two ladies are very good at what they do. Keep it up Molly and Mia. I hope to work better with Jess too.And thank you very much we love our apartment.

I had a great experience purchasing my property with Sawyer & Co, and I would especially like to thank Bob for all of his help throughout the process.<br><br>From the very beginning, Bob was professional, friendly, and always available to answer my questions. Buying a property can be stressful, but he made the whole experience much smoother with his clear communication, patience, and support.<br><br>I really appreciated his honesty and dedication, and I always felt that he genuinely cared about making the process as easy as possible.<br><br>As a lovely finishing touch, I also received a thoughtful gift after completing my purchase. It was a small gesture, but it showed how much they value their clients and left a lasting positive impression.<br><br>I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sawyer & Co to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. I cannot recommend Sawyer & Co highly enough. I chose them as our agents because I undertook some research into the best agents for Brighton. This left with a short list of two and the other agents did not respond to their online form. There were also other key factors in my selection of Sawyers, and these were:<br>1. Their completion rates in Brighton - they have a clear process to work on each stage of the project<br>2. Adam Farrell - Adam visited our property and was realistic, professional and clearly experienced.<br>3. Their approach that ensured people who were showing our house have experience and listened to what we wanted.<br>Once appointed, Sawyers and Adam did not let us down. The photographer that they arranged was supberb. She spent more than an hour at our place (its a 3 bedroom terrace) and she produced better photographs that we expected, and way better than other sites. There was no need for drones or other gimmicks.<br>Once the property was listed they managed viewings well, found us a great buyer and then ensured that all communications and follow ups were handed to the experienced and excellent Bob Beaken. Bob is incredibly experienced, knowledgeable, and calm. He probably wouldn't mind me describing him as "old school" - because that's exactly what we were looking for.<br>Throughout the entire process Bob and Adam have been readily contactable, dedicated and professional, and if anyone asks me who I would recommend to sell your house, Sawyers - provided Adam and Bob are there - would get my recommendation!

Extremely disappointing experience dealing with Sawyer & Co on a purchase in Brighton. Our main point of contact was Bob Beaken, and communication throughout was poor - basic management pack queries went unchased for weeks, information was mixed and kept changing, and updates were inconsistent.<br><br>The low point came when, after a brief and entirely reasonable visit to discuss timings with the seller, I received a call from Bob lecturing me about the visit rather than helping resolve the underlying delays that had caused the frustration in the first place. The seller withdrew from the sale shortly afterwards, at which point I'd have expected a competent, professional agent to be working to keep the sale together rather than adding friction to an already stressed situation.<br><br>We had cash in hand and were ready to proceed quickly. The lack of proactive, professional handling from this agency made an already difficult process worse. Can't recommend

Sawyer & Co have been brilliant from the first viewing right up until completion. Huge thank you to Daisy for organising all my viewings, Simon for handling my mortgage with lots of patience and Zoe for being the best middle woman between myself, the seller & our solicitors. As a nervous and clueless first time buyer I couldn’t have had a better team to support me and answer my endless questions. I had never heard of a sales progressor before but I would have been lost without Zoe. She took all the stress away by keeping me updated throughout the process, getting me quick answers & providing reassurance at the end of the phone. Would highly recommend Sawyer & Co to anyone looking to buy or sell, they have been a dream to work with!
