Staff in Simon Blythe Penistone office are extremely professional, compassionate and well led. Following the valuation David visited my mother in her care home to discuss the process. Maria was generous and compassionate throughout the process, listened and acted on all our wishes. Daniel carried out all the viewings very professionally. Really great service from all at Simon Blyth Penistone, and Maria in particular, in selling a property for us. Helpful, knowledgeable and responsive throughout, I would happily recommend them. We have bought and sold several houses over the years and would rate them as among the best we have used.

We bought our first home through the Penistone branch, and when it was time to sell, Maria and the team made the process straightforward, being there to help us every step of the way.
Maria and her team work incredibly hard to make sure all calls and emails are answered quickly.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
