Throughout the entire process of the sale of my property and purchase of another, Simon Blythe Estate Agents surpassed my high expectation. Really great service from all at Simon Blyth Penistone, and Maria in particular, in selling a property for us. Helpful, knowledgeable and responsive throughout, I would happily recommend them. We have bought and sold several houses over the years and would rate them as among the best we have used.

We bought our first home through the Penistone branch, and when it was time to sell, Maria and the team made the process straightforward, being there to help us every step of the way.
Maria and her team work incredibly hard to make sure all calls and emails are answered quickly.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

We purchased our house through Simon Blyth and I cannot thank Heidi enough!! Our estate agents we were selling with were awful which highlighted quite how amazing Heidi was, she supported us through the process and was there for anything we needed and even phoning solicitors to get things moving quicker for us!
