Every member of the team we dealt with was professional, approachable, and genuinely helpful, which made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and well managed throughout. A special mention must go to Heidi, who was absolutely fantastic. A big thanks to SB and team, in particular Georgina who kept us fully informed throughout a difficult conveyance that dragged on months longer than it should due to unforeseen, pointless legal issues. Georgina remained calm, professional and helpful. We have bought and sold several properties over the years and Simon Blyth and Georgina are easily the best estate agents we have used.

I cannot recommend Simon Blyth’s Penistone office highly enough! As a first-time buyer, they guided me through every single step of the process.
