Simon Blyth Estate Agents Barnsley are the most professional firm in the area. My partner and I liaised with numerous estate agents during our house search and Stacey Ferens was head and shoulders above the rest. We purchased a property through Simon Blyth and dealt with Charlotte Haynes from start to finish.
If it wasn't for Charlotte, the entire process (which took over 5 months because of COVID) would have been a lot more painful.
Charlotte continually updated us, even with the smallest of changes.
There were 9 in the chain and Charlotte coordinated and dealt with as much of the changes/issues as well as she possibly could.
An absolute credit to Simon Blyth. Thanks again Charlotte!

Death the team at Simon blyths could not have been more helpful as it was a stressful time
The journey had its ups and downs but Charlotte was the one who was there to help me with advice and helping me with potential buyers some of which were time wasters but the house is now sold and that's thanks to Charlotte i was just sorry she wasn't able to be there on the day of completion

Moving house is so stressful even more so with a young family. So choosing the right estate agents is so very important. I was not disappointed. They even supported me through our current purchase.
