We bought our first home through the Penistone branch, and when it was time to sell, Maria and the team made the process straightforward, being there to help us every step of the way.
Maria and her team work incredibly hard to make sure all calls and emails are answered quickly.

The property unexpectedly came back onto the market overnight, we had am alert from rightmove and called the estate agent first thing on the Friday morning. The estate agent's first available appointment was Wednesday the following week. We made the appointment and it was confirmed to us that we were the first callers and that was the first available appointment. If another appointment became available earlier, the estate agent would call us. On the Monday we were called by the Estate Agent and told that it had sold as they took somebody else to view it on the Saturday.

A very professional estate agent. We have experience of dealing with them when both buying and selling. They follow up, chase solicitors, keep both parties in touch and are unfailingly polite and helpful. We would definitely use them again.
