We have nothing but positive things to say about Simon Blyth Penistone Branch and especially Maria and Kristy. We recently sold through SB and also bought a house they were selling and I have to say that this was managed excellently.

Maria and Kristy managed our sale very professionally, always organised, and prompt feedback. Maria even visited our house with the David (the valuer) which was a nice touch and reassured us potential buyers would receive informed information.

Maria was exceptional during the legal process, always managing to get the solicitors focused. Post-completion Maria was still helping with some of the smaller issues that crop up and did so with great care and energy.

We couldn't recommend Maria, Kristy and Simon Blyth highly enough.

Maria Diaz was a total god send...couldn't have done it without her. Always available, liaising between me and the buyer and solicitors. Helped to smooth out every little problem (and there were alot of them)

Excellent, highly professional service, from start to finish. Maria was a real superstar, providing us with updates and chasing all parties in the chain on a daily basis. Avoid. Rang up on Tuesday to book a viewing for a property we liked the look of, booking was made no problem and was told I would receive an e-mail to confirm booking. No e-mail so e-mailed Thursday to ensure it was still going ahead, was told yes still going ahead and would re-send e-mail....still no e-mail confirmation. The viewing was at 4 and me and my partner had both booked the afternoon off work to go, since I didn't receive a confirmation e-mail to confirm what actual house number it is - my partner rang as we were sat in the car about to set off. The house was gone! It's not the fact the house had gone, that is out of my control. But why on earth did it take us having to ring to ask for the house number as we were in the car, for us to be told it was gone?! Absolutely ridiculous, no real apology and not a care in the world. If we hadn't of rang we would have shown up at the vendors house (which is 40 minutes away) to be told that. Avoid at costs - and they talk about time wasters being customers!
