I’ve dealt with Sam and the sales team, and Laura and the lettings team, over a number of years. Both sides of the business worked very hard for me and were the total opposite of what most people think about estate agents. Very impressed with them and very grateful too for all of their efforts. I have purchased two houses through Spence Willard, and will shortly be selling my second house through them, they have provided an excellent service every step of the way.
If only the level of service they provide was the industry standard the housing market would be in a much better place.

Spence Willard from the start gave us an excellent service and importantly kept us fully informed as our house purchase progressed- very impressed and they have been helpful to my wife and i regarding the use of local services as we are moving in to a new area. I would certainly recommend them.

Nice to see how the other half live, Cowes on the Isle of Wight is a lovely seaside town with great and interesting shopping lanes olde world and ultra modern all mixed together, perfect especially if you like boats and great food.
