As a first time vendor, I couldn't have asked for a better team to guide me through. I felt that I was receiving very personal assistance, and that my business mattered. It has not been plain sailing, but the Agency carefully managed the obstacles that arose and were able to keep the deal moving forward. There was always someone on hand either on the end of the telephone, or if I popped into the office. I am very happy to recommend Spence Willard.

I’ve dealt with Sam and the sales team, and Laura and the lettings team, over a number of years. Both sides of the business worked very hard for me and were the total opposite of what most people think about estate agents. Very impressed with them and very grateful too for all of their efforts. Nice to see how the other half live, Cowes on the Isle of Wight is a lovely seaside town with great and interesting shopping lanes olde world and ultra modern all mixed together, perfect especially if you like boats and great food.
