Very rude staff, never giving updates unless called and even then don’t have updates for weeks, even then are very rude and condescending. Would not recommend at all and will not be using them in future.

Did not communicate with us at all with our concern. Had our house for 2 months with only 4 viewing. Would not recommend at all.

Sterling are excellent communicators and very good at their job. Hard working and conscientious. Gave me good advice and prompt feedback. I’m very glad we chose them.

Jason O'Donnol has a disgusting attitude and would be better suited finding a job where he doesn't have to talk to customers as he was appalling and to be a manager is a joke

Poorly managed non-professionals. Leaving Hemel was the best thing they could have done. IMO.
