In a slow market (September 2023) Lloyd and the team went about their job with enthusiasm and clear communication. They found a suitable buyer within 6 weeks after which they showed patience and perseverance and the Conveyancers first chosen by the buyer were absolutely useless. Stonhills kept pressing and gently pushing and although the buyer had to change Conveyancer after 5 months, we achieved Completion on 30/4/24. My thanks to the Stonhills team, I recommend them
